International Yoga Day 2026

The Institute of Dental Studies & Technologies (IDST), Modinagar, celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and zeal on 21st June 2026 at 7:00 AM. The programme was organized in the institute premises to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among students and faculty members.

A large number of BDS and MDS students participated enthusiastically in the event. The yoga session was conducted under the able guidance of Yoga Trainer Mr. Anirudh Acharya, who demonstrated and explained the importance of various yoga postures and breathing techniques. Participants actively performed different yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation exercises, gaining valuable insights into the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

The event emphasized the significance of incorporating yoga into daily life for maintaining physical fitness, reducing stress, and enhancing concentration. The students displayed remarkable enthusiasm and discipline throughout the session and appreciated the opportunity to learn and practice yoga under expert supervision.
